Studio Policies & Etiquette

To ensure a safe, structured, and mindful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our studio policies. These are designed to honor the time of our instructors and the progress of our community.

1. Attendance & Timeliness

Late Arrival Rule: To maintain the flow of the class and ensure proper warm-up (which is vital for injury prevention), we cannot admit students who arrive more than 5 minutes after the session begins.

Cancellation Policy: We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be charged the full session fee.

No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full, and any associated class credit will be forfeited.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Medical Disclosure: Please inform Becky of any injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions (such as high blood pressure) before the session begins.

Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please provide a doctor’s note clearing you for physical activity. We will provide modifications to ensure you and your baby stay safe.

Listen to Your Body: While we encourage growth, we never encourage pain. If a movement feels unsafe, please stop immediately and alert the instructor.

3. Dress Code & Hygiene

Grip Rules: For stability and hygiene, grip socks are required for all reformer and equipment-based sessions.

No Lotions/Oils: Please avoid applying heavy lotions or body oils right before your session. These make the equipment slippery and can be a safety hazard.

Jewelry: We recommend removing dangling jewelry or large rings that may catch on the equipment or interfere with your movement.

4. Our Safe Space Code of Conduct

Respect for All: Harassment, discrimination, or derogatory language of any kind will not be tolerated.

Digital Detox: To keep the energy grounded, please silence your phone and leave it in the designated storage area during your session.

Photography: Please respect the privacy of others. Always ask for consent before filming or taking photos that include other students.
